The Office of Highway Safety is partnering with Dover International Speedway and TEAM Coalition to reward race fans for wearing their seatbelts. During the Click it or Ticket enforcement period drivers 16 or older caught wearing their seat belts will have the chance to register to win one of five (5) pairs of tickets to the June 1st race at Dover International Speedway.
