The Road Scholar:
The Office of Highway Safety publishes a regular newsletter The Road Scholar. This newsletter is designed to keep all of our grantees and other highway safety partners abreast of what Delaware is doing to make the roadways safer for everyone.
You'll find information on innovative safety programs in the areas of impaired driving, occupant protection, child passenger safety, and aggressive driving as well as highlights on some of our Outstanding Grantees.
