In November 2002, OHS created a Public Service Announcement to let motorists know that police are on the lookout, especially at certain times of the year, for unbuckled children.  These are pictures of the photo shoot for that PSA.

Delaware State Police Corporal Ed Justiniano.  An avid supporter of child passenger safety, as well as one of our technicians, Ed was a good sport about being roped into yet one more OHS project.

This portion of the PSA was shot beside DE Rt. 1 near Dover.  The beginning of the video features actors telling the story of a real life Delaware family that was saved by their seatbelts and car seats.  Thanks to all who helped in the production of this important safety message.
